Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated periodically. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are created specifically to your specifications. These items may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective. We will confirm details before production begins.

Production & Dispatch

Lead times vary depending on order volume and product type. Estimated production times are shown during checkout. We aim to meet all estimates but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs or import charges beyond our control. Delivery times may differ based on location.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Returned items must be in unused, original condition. Custom products may be exempt.
